Frequently Asked Questions

Is Vision Mapr free?

Yes. Vision Mapr is free to use with no feature limits behind a paywall.

Will I lose my work if I close the tab without saving?

Probably not. Vision Mapr autosaves a local draft as you work. If you navigate away or your browser closes before you click Save, reopening the app will offer to restore your unsaved draft.

Can I undo a mistake?

Yes — press Ctrl/Cmd + Z to undo and Ctrl/Cmd + Y to redo. Undo history covers node and connection changes for your current session.

How many maps can I save?

There's no fixed limit — create as many maps as you need and switch between them from the dropdown in the top bar.

Can I share a map with someone else?

Yes — click Share on a saved map to get a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view it (no account needed), but they can't edit it or see your other maps. Click Stop Sharing any time to revoke the link.

Does Vision Mapr work on phones and tablets?

Yes — tap to select, drag to move or pan, pinch to zoom, and double-tap to add or edit a node. A larger screen still gives you the most room to work.

I found a bug or have a suggestion — who do I tell?

Please use the Contact page — we read every message.
